Rocket Asset Management (RAM) We are focused on providing great service so you can enjoy living in the properties that we manage. RAM provides a fast response to your repair ticket and is addressed by a qualified/experience vendor. We believe that rental homes should be maintained well so both the tenant and owner of the property are happy.

Resident/Tenant faq’s

ANSWER: At Rocket Asset Management (RAM), we believe in transparency. For most properties we use the following Tenant Selection Criteria (click to view - must point to a google folder)

ANSWER: Yes pets are approved by the owners on a case by case basis. Individual property owner may have additional restrictions on the breed, number of pets etc., Check with us before applying to any of our properties

ANSWER: Typically 12 months is our standard term.

ANSWER: No. Most property owners prefer one year term which will be extended for an additional year on a yearly basis.

ANSWER: Typically one month rent. Based on your credit report, rental history verification, job history etc., a higher deposit may be required.

ANSWER: Per the lease agreement, all maintenance (service) requests should be in writing and must be submitted using the maintenance portal. This portal is available 24 x 7 and can be accessed from mobile phone, tablets, laptop and/or desktop computers. Once you sign the lease agreement, we will email you the login information for the maintenance portal. Note: Your move-in Inventory and Condition Form is not a maintenance request but a form that documents the condition of the property.

ANSWER: Pet deposit varies from one property to another. Please check the listing or contact us

ANSWER: Yes, as long as you are able to handover the property in the same condition that you moved into.

ANSWER: Yes upon written approval of the paint color and with a possible condition. Most of the property owners place a condition that you paint the room back to its original color.
