Our pricing is simple FLAT fees based. Unlike other property management companies who quote low management fees with surprise additional fees for services, our pricing starts at $175 for most properties. With RAM there are no hidden fees and hence no surprises on your cost structure.

Investor faq’s

ANSWER: Yes, absolutely. Once we have identified a potential tenant, we share their lease application along with a summary of our findings including their credit score, background report, rental verification, and income verification. Even though the property management agreement gives RAM the authority to approve a tenant, we prefer to consult with you to make the final decision. Open and transparent communication is one of the core values of RAM's business model.

ANSWER: Being an investor ourselves, we put ourselves in your shoes i.e. to get a high-quality tenant that can pay rent on time and take good care of the property. We do understand that one bad tenant can affect your investment objective. Hence we go far and beyond just the credit checks. We carefully review

  • Last two years of rental history verification
  • Last two years of income verification

We do not rush in jumping and recommending the first tenant that applies. We work prudently to sift through the tenant details to ensure we protect your investment and reduce the possibility of evictions, tenant damages and your expenses.

Each lease break-up situation is different and we will recommend the best course of action to you that will minimize the financial impact on your part

ANSWER: At RAM, we believe in taking care of the tenant as we would like to be taken care of. Each tenant has access to a portal (desktop, mobile phone etc.,) that they can login, create a ticket and upload picture/video of the issue. This portal is available to them 24 x 7!

ANSWER: At RAM, you have a choice. We have an extensive network of vendors that we can assign or if you prefer to use a Home Warranty Service provider we can use them as well. Typically our network of vendors provides us with a discount as well as getting the repair issue fixed right the first time. Also, we do not employ these vendors as it will be a conflict of interest. We want to use the right technician for the right repair task so it is fixed right at minimal cost and in a timely manner. Hence whether using our network of vendors or your vendor through a Home Warranty Service provider, we can coordinate the repair activity and follow-up to ensure the work was done satisfactorily.
